No client is named and no rate, APR, commission or monthly payment is published. - Arboriculture: a GreenMech EVO 165D wood chipper bought from a private seller rather than a dealer. Four lenders approached, two offers returned, six days from enquiry to the seller being paid. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/chipper-private-seller/ - Groundcare: a members' golf club funding a used John Deere 2653B PrecisionCut trim mower at just over £28,000, with a £10,000 deposit over a five-year hire purchase. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/golf-club-greens-mower/ - Construction, North Yorkshire: two Land Rover Defender Hard Tops funded on a single hire purchase agreement at just under £103,000 over four years, with no deposit and a £60,000 final payment sized to the vehicles' expected residual value. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/two-vehicles-one-agreement/ - Equestrian: a livery yard funding a used 2008 John Deere compact tractor at £15,500 over four years with no deposit, paid out eleven days after first contact. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/equestrian-yard-tractor/ - Fleet and VAT: seven commercial vans funded on one 60-month hire purchase agreement, structured with the VAT deferred so it did not fall due before the fleet had earned anything. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/vans-vat-deferred/ - Forestry and timber, North Yorkshire: a fencing contractor funded five assets in sequence over three years — a first van, two post knockers, a £20,500 used diesel generator for site power, and finally a Wood-Mizer LT70 sawmill at £72,000 — moving the business from buying finished timber to milling its own. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/first-van-to-sawmill/ - New start: a newly self-employed sole trader with no filed accounts and no trading history, funded and paid out within 24 hours of first contact. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/sole-trader-24-hours/ - Vehicle disposal: a concrete flooring business replacing its van with a tipper. Selling the outgoing van separately rather than part-exchanging it returned £500 more towards the replacement. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/tipper-part-exchange/ - Regulated business lending: an estate agency partnership funded around £11,800 of laptops and mobile phones for business use, and the agreement was still regulated under the Consumer Credit Act — because a partnership of three or fewer counts as an individual and the business-purpose exemption only applies above £25,000. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/partnership-regulated-agreement/ - Asset refinance: a leisure venue refinanced its commercial TrackMan golf simulator for around £48,000, releasing capital from equipment it already owned. The launch monitor was fundable because it is discrete, serial-numbered and resaleable; the fit-out around it was not. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/golf-simulator-refinance/ - Car finance, speed: across 39 completed car deals the median time from enquiry to the dealer being paid was seven days, the fastest was one day, and 19 of 37 completed inside a week. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/used-car-finance-in-a-week/ - Car finance, product choice: of 39 completed car deals, 27 were hire purchase and 12 were personal contract purchase; 21 carry a final payment and 36 of the cars were used. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/pcp-or-hire-purchase-used-car/ - Car finance, deposits: of 39 completed car deals, 30 included a deposit and 9 did not and were funded regardless. Terms were 48 or 60 months on almost every agreement. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/deposit-on-used-car-finance/ - New-start business, West Yorkshire: a company eight months into trading with no filed accounts funded a commercial golf simulator, placed with a lender that underwrote the homeowner director rather than the accounts. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/new-business-golf-simulator/ - VAT on day one, North Yorkshire: a lifting contractor funded a used 2023 Ford Ranger 4x4 pickup with no capital deposit, but the VAT was payable upfront, so "no deposit" still meant a four-figure payment on the first day. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/used-pickup-vat-upfront/ - Part exchange: a golf club traded in its old greens mower against a replacement, and what the part exchange was actually worth against the alternative of selling it separately. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/golf-club-part-exchange-greensmower/ - Plug-in hybrid vans, West Yorkshire: an energy services contractor funded two plug-in hybrid vans on a single hire purchase agreement with a final payment left at the end, sized to their expected residual value. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/two-hybrid-vans-balloon/ - Term choice, South Yorkshire: a machinery installation company funded a used 2022 Peugeot Expert at GBP17,888 over 36 months rather than the usual five years, paying more each month and less in total. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/used-panel-van-36-months/ - New van, five-year term, West Yorkshire: a limited company funded a new 2026 Nissan Townstar panel van at GBP17,699 excluding VAT over 60 months on a 1 + 59 profile, with the GBP3,539.80 of VAT paid upfront rather than financed. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/case-studies/new-van-60-months/ ## Frequently asked questions - How can an arable farm in Yorkshire finance new machinery without draining seasonal cash flow? By matching repayments to when income actually arrives — reduced payments through winter and larger payments timed to harvest, via a seasonal Hire Purchase agreement. - What should a UK business do if a mainstream bank declines an asset loan? Use a whole-of-market broker; if you own plant or vehicles outright, asset refinance (sale & leaseback) can release working capital without a fresh unsecured credit decision. - How does asset refinance (sale & leaseback) work for plant machinery? You sell equipment you own outright to a lender who leases it straight back to you, releasing the equity as cash while you keep using the machinery. - How can a business keep monthly payments low when funding vehicles? Hire purchase with a balloon payment defers part of the capital to the end of the term. It is not a discount - the final sum still has to be settled, refinanced, or covered by selling the vehicle - so decide which of those three exits you expect before taking one. - How quickly can CW Asset Finance provide an indicative funding decision? In most cases within 24 hours, and often faster, after searching the 60+ lender panel. ## Areas served (local pages) Two county pages cover the whole patch. Why the build is usually funded on hire purchase rather than paid from reserves, how that compares with letting a revenue-share operator fund the courts in exchange for a fee on every booked hour, the capital allowances position where the club trades as a limited company, how much land two courts actually need, and how to judge whether the numbers work on a given site. Based on a real case: one golf club, two covered courts, funded over five years as an unregulated business agreement. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/padel-court-cost-golf-club-finance/ Direct answer, how do you finance a padel court in the UK: courts are normally funded on hire purchase over three to seven years. Where the borrower is a limited company the agreement is unregulated business lending, assessed on the company's accounts and trading history rather than under consumer credit rules. Because hire purchase treats the borrower as acquiring the asset, capital allowances are generally available, and full expensing may apply to new and unused plant and machinery. The alternative is a revenue-share operator who funds the build, sometimes in full, in exchange for a fee on every court hour booked over a term of about five to ten years: no capital outlay and no debt, but a share of the income leaves the club for the length of the term and the capital allowances argument generally falls away. Funding usually costs less over the full term for a club confident the courts will be busy; revenue share transfers a risk a less confident club may not want to hold. Two standard courts of 20m by 10m need a total footprint of roughly 27m by 24m, about 650 square metres or a sixth of an acre. Golf clubs suit padel because they already have spare land, an existing membership and a clubhouse that captures secondary spend. What a reverse vending machine costs in the UK and how retailers pay for one before the deposit return scheme starts in October 2027. No supplier publishes a list price: TOMRA states cost is discussed individually with each retailer, so the figure depends on throughput, whether the machine sorts plastic from metal, whether it compacts, bin capacity and whether it sits indoors or outdoors. Machines are normally funded on hire purchase or lease over three to five years rather than bought outright, because the machine earns a retail handling fee: 5p per container for the first 225,000 containers a year then 1.3p, against a flat 3p at a manual return point. That 225,000 threshold is about 4,300 containers a week and applies per return point, not per business, so a multi-site retailer gets the 5p tier at every store. At that volume an RVM earns 11,250 pounds a year against 6,750 pounds for manual handling. Exchange for Change offers 60 million pounds in grants to up to 10,000 small independent retailers at 6,000 pounds per site, but it is paid over three years at 2,000 pounds a year, so the retailer buys the machine in full up front and recovers the grant across three annual instalments. Many small shops need no machine at all: stores under 100 square metres in urban areas are automatically exempt from hosting a return point, though they may opt in voluntarily. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/reverse-vending-machine-cost-finance-uk/ Capital allowances on financed assets — the Annual Investment Allowance (£1 million), full expensing, the 40% first-year allowance introduced 1 January 2026, and writing down allowances (main rate cut from 18% to 14% in April 2026). Explains how the funding structure decides which relief is available. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/capital-allowances/annual-investment-allowance/ Growth Guarantee Scheme — the 70% government-backed guarantee given to the lender, with the borrower remaining 100% liable. Asset finance facilities from £1,000, terms up to six years (ten from the July 2026 expansion), maximum £2m per business group. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/growth-guarantee-scheme/ Scaffolding finance — system scaffold versus tube and fitting as a capital-versus-labour decision, why utilisation rather than stock size determines whether the finance pays, and the CISRS labour constraint. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/ If the bank has declined you — bad credit, no trading history, no deposit, sole trader, and what to do after a decline. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/declined-for-business-finance/ ## For dealers and suppliers offering finance to their customers Direct answer, how can a UK dealer offer finance to their customers: most work with an asset finance broker rather than becoming a lender or seeking FCA authorisation themselves. The decisive question is who the customers are. Finance to a limited company for business use is generally outside the FCA consumer credit regime, so most business asset finance on machinery, plant, commercial vehicles and equipment is unregulated and the dealer needs no permission to introduce those customers. Sole traders and small partnerships are individuals in law, and agreements with them can be regulated depending on the amount and the purpose — broadly, business-purpose lending above 25,000 pounds to an individual is exempt while below that it may not be. Introducing customers for regulated agreements is credit broking, a regulated activity, which normally requires appointment as an Introducer Appointed Representative of an authorised principal. Advertising finance is separately a financial promotion with its own rules, so a "finance from X per month" banner needs approved wording even where the underlying lending is unregulated. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/offering-finance-regulations/ What an Introducer Appointed Representative is: a firm appointed by an FCA-authorised principal to do two limited things — effect introductions to that principal, and distribute financial promotions the principal has approved. It holds no authorisation of its own; the principal takes regulatory responsibility, carries out due diligence, notifies the FCA, and the appointment appears on the Financial Services Register. An IAR may tell a customer finance may be available subject to status and pass on contact details with consent, and may be paid for that introduction. It may not advise on which product or lender is suitable, explain or negotiate agreement terms, complete an application on the customer's behalf, assess affordability, or run unapproved finance advertising. CW Asset Finance is itself an Appointed Representative of Rural Finance Limited, so a dealer introduced through CW Asset Finance becomes an Introducer Appointed Representative of Rural Finance Limited — not of CW Asset Finance, because an Appointed Representative cannot appoint its own representatives. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/ How asset finance brokers are paid and whether using one is worth it: the broker is paid a commission by the lender once the agreement completes and pays out, so there is normally no charge to a dealer for introducing a customer and no charge for a deal that cannot be placed. Some deals also carry a customer fee, typically on small amounts or heavy workloads. The customer is told a commission arrangement exists and can ask for the details on their agreement. A broker adds least value where the customer is an established limited company with strong accounts, a clean credit file and a willing bank. A broker adds most where the customer has been declined elsewhere, where the asset is used, older or specialist and needs a funder who can value it, where the customer is a sole trader or new-start that an automated scorecard reads as thin, where income is seasonal and the payment profile needs shaping, or where the deal is time-critical such as an auction lot. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/how-a-finance-broker-helps/ Twenty-four questions dealers ask before offering finance, answered: getting started and what it costs the dealership, how long an Introducer Appointed Representative appointment takes (the principal must carry out due diligence and notify the FCA, commonly around 30 days), whether finance can be advertised, what happens to the customer relationship, the regulated versus unregulated distinction, what an IAR may and may not do, whether referral fees are permitted, the consequences of getting it wrong, what information a broker needs to assess a deal, decision timescales, what to do when a customer is declined and why they should stop making further applications (each leaves a hard credit search), used and auction assets, seasonal payment structures, refinancing owned equipment to release capital, how brokers are paid, whether a broker costs the customer more than their bank, what happens when a deal falls through after stock is ordered, exclusivity, and how to tell a good broker from a bad one. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/dealer-finance-questions/ Asset finance for Northern Ireland dealers: CW Asset Finance is run by Conor Hull, who is originally from Bangor, County Down, started his career at Sammy Mellon's Hyundai of Bangor, and is in Northern Ireland once a month meeting dealers and customers in person. The business is based in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, and serves Northern Ireland by regular visits rather than local premises. Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, so NI businesses are within scope; finance for businesses based in the Republic of Ireland is not, and needs a broker regulated in that jurisdiction. NI farm holdings are typically smaller in acreage than the GB average and income is weighted towards livestock and dairy, which produces a different cash flow shape from combinable crops and makes seasonal or annual payment profiles more relevant. Northern Ireland also has a substantial agricultural engineering and trailer manufacturing base, and machinery routinely moves across the land border, which affects invoicing, currency and title and should be raised with a funder before a customer commits. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/northern-ireland-dealers/ Sector pages for dealers, each covering how funding actually works for that asset class: agricultural machinery (seasonal profiles, auction purchases, depth of the used market), forestry and arboriculture equipment (specialist kit, thin resale markets, small owner-operator businesses), plant and construction (single-machine contractors versus hire firms buying fleets, residual values, brand depth), vans and commercial vehicles (volume, speed of decision, conversions and bodies funded with the chassis), HGV and trucks (operator licence financial standing, and why a large cash deposit can weaken the available funds an operator must evidence), materials handling and forklifts (asset finance versus contract hire, why maintenance contracts usually cannot sit inside an equipment agreement, the electric transition), groundscare and turf (golf clubs, local authority capital versus revenue budgets, procurement timetables), and hire fleet operators, who are direct finance customers rather than introducers because the fleet operator is the one buying the asset. https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/agricultural-machinery-dealers/ https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/forestry-arb-dealers/ https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/plant-construction-dealers/ https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/van-commercial-vehicle-dealers/ https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/hgv-truck-dealers/ https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/materials-handling-dealers/ https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/groundscare-turf-dealers/ https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/dealer-partnerships/hire-fleet-finance/ ## Assets we finance (605 pages) Every asset below has its own page covering how lenders treat it, the makes and models we are asked to fund, the questions buyers ask, and where we have funded one, a real example. [Sliding table saw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/sliding-table-saw-finance/): The sliding table saw is the spine of most joinery shops, and it is one of the simplest woodworking machines to fund because the resale market is so well established. - [Beam saw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/beam-saw-finance/): A horizontal beam saw is a production decision rather than a workshop upgrade, and the funding usually has to stretch across the saw, the software and the install. - [Vertical panel saw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/vertical-panel-saw-finance/): A vertical wall saw gives a small unit full-sheet capacity without surrendering the floor space a slider demands, and it funds as cleanly as any bench machine. - [Edge bander finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/edge-bander-finance/): Edge banders range from a benchtop gluing unit to a full automatic line with pre-milling and corner rounding, and the funding route changes across that range. - [CNC router finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/cnc-router-finance/): A pod and rail CNC machining centre is usually the largest single purchase a joinery shop makes, and it is funded as a capital asset rather than a tool. - [Nesting machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/nesting-machine-finance/): Flatbed nesting turns a sheet of board straight into labelled cabinet parts, and it is bought to replace a saw, a router and a lot of marking out. - [Spindle moulder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/spindle-moulder-finance/): The spindle moulder is where a bench joinery shop makes its money on mouldings, sash sections and profiled work, and it funds as a straightforward capital machine. - [Four sider and moulder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/four-sider-moulder-finance/): A four-sided moulder takes sawn timber to a finished profile in one pass, and it is bought when hand-fed machining stops keeping up with the order book. - [Planer thicknesser finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/planer-thicknesser-finance/): Every timber shop needs to flatten and dimension stock, and the planer thicknesser is usually the second machine a joinery business buys after a saw. - [Wide belt sander finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/wide-belt-sander-finance/): A wide belt sander is what turns an acceptable panel into a finished one, and it is usually bought the moment a shop starts spraying its own work. - [Spray booth finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/spray-booth-finance/): Bringing finishing in house changes the economics of a joinery business, but a spray booth funds differently to the machines around it. - [Dust extraction and LEV finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/dust-extraction-finance/): Wood dust is a regulated carcinogen and extraction is not optional, but it is the part of a workshop project that is most often left out of the funding. - [Tenoner and mortiser finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/tenoner-finance/): Tenoning and mortising equipment is what makes framed joinery repeatable, and heavy tenoners remain in demand long after the manufacturer stopped building them. - [Veneer press finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/veneer-press-finance/): Pressing your own veneered and laminated panels removes a supplier from the chain, and the presses themselves are heavy, long-lived and fundable. - [Wood lathe finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/wood-lathe-finance/): Turned components are a specialist line of work, and the lathes that produce them range from a cast-iron pattern lathe to a programmable turning centre. - [Bandsaw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/bandsaw-finance/): A cast-frame bandsaw handles the curved and deep cuts nothing else in the shop will attempt, and it is one of the cheapest machines to keep running. - [Resaw and bandmill finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/resaw-finance/): Converting your own timber changes your cost base entirely, and resaws and bandmills are among the longest-lived machines any wood business will buy. - [Crosscut saw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/crosscut-saw-finance/): Cutting timber to length accurately and quickly is where a lot of yield is won or lost, and optimising crosscuts pay for themselves in waste alone. - [CNC boring machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/cnc-boring-machine-finance/): Drilling is the quiet bottleneck in cabinet production, and a through-feed boring machine removes it without the cost of a full machining centre. - [Case clamp and frame clamp finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/case-clamp-finance/): Assembly is where a well-made cabinet gets pulled out of square, and clamping equipment is the cheapest insurance a furniture shop can buy. - [Dovetailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/dovetailer-finance/): Dovetailed drawers are a selling point that customers can see, and a dedicated machine turns a slow hand skill into a repeatable process. - [Finger jointer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/finger-jointer-finance/): Finger jointing turns short offcuts into full-length stock, and for anyone buying hardwood by the cubic metre it is one of the fastest paybacks in the shop. - [Glue spreader and panel gluing finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/glue-spreader-finance/): Boarding up your own panels and worktops means controlling the glue line, and that starts with a spreader and a proper clamping arrangement. - [Timber kiln finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/timber-kiln-finance/): Drying your own timber captures the margin between green and kiln-dried stock, but a kiln is part building and part machine, and the funding has to reflect that. - [Saw sharpening and grinding equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/saw-sharpening-equipment-finance/): A tool room pays for itself in machine uptime, and grinding equipment is a genuine capital asset rather than workshop sundries. - [Brush and profile sander finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/brush-and-profile-sander-finance/): Flat panels are the easy part; sanding mouldings, raised panels and sprayed components between coats needs machines built for shaped surfaces. - [Board handling and sheet lifting finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/board-handling-finance/): Moving full sheets by hand is the most common cause of injury and damage in a panel shop, and handling equipment is finally being bought to fix it. - [Postforming machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/postforming-machine-finance/): Postformed worktops and laminate-wrapped edges are a volume business, and the machines that make them are purpose-built production plant. - [Pallet nailing machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/pallet-nailing-machine-finance/): Pallet manufacturing is a volume game with thin margins per unit, which makes the speed and consistency of the nailing line the whole business. - [Firewood processor finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/woodworking-machinery-finance/firewood-processor-finance/): Turning roundwood into seasoned, bagged logs is a real business, and the processors that do it are proper machines rather than yard equipment. ### Catering and hospitality finance (30 pages) - [Combi oven finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/combi-oven-finance/): A combi is the busiest box in most kitchens, so it is funded over the years it cooks service after service rather than paid for in one hit. - [Convection oven finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/convection-oven-finance/): Fan ovens do the bulk of the baking and regeneration in a busy kitchen, and they are cheap enough that people pay cash when they should not. - [Pizza oven finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/pizza-oven-finance/): Whether it is a rotating wood-fired dome or a stacked electric deck, the oven is the whole proposition, and it should be funded like the revenue engine it is. - [Deck oven finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/deck-oven-finance/): Deck ovens are the heart of a craft bakery and the single biggest line on the fit-out, which is exactly why paying for one outright hurts so much. - [Commercial range finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/commercial-range-finance/): A cookline is bought once a decade and lived with every single day, so it is worth specifying properly and spreading rather than buying down to a cash budget. - [Induction hob finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/induction-hob-finance/): Kitchens moving off gas want induction for the heat, the speed and the electricity bill, and the switch is far easier to justify when it is spread. - [Deep fat fryer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/deep-fat-fryer-finance/): Fryers earn their keep faster than almost anything in a kitchen, and they are also the unit most likely to fail on the busiest night of the year. - [Chargrill finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/chargrill-finance/): A charcoal oven changes what a menu can charge for, which is why so many restaurants find room for one during a refit they had already budgeted. - [Salamander grill finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/salamander-grill-finance/): A salamander is too small to be worth an agreement on its own, and too useful to leave off the order when the rest of the kitchen is being funded. - [Extraction canopy finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/extraction-canopy-finance/): Nobody opens a restaurant because they wanted a canopy, but no kitchen opens without one, and the ventilation quote is usually the shock in the fit-out budget. - [Walk-in fridge finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/walk-in-fridge-finance/): A cold room is the difference between buying well and buying weekly, and it is one of the few kitchen investments that pays for itself on the purchase ledger. - [Walk-in freezer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/walk-in-freezer-finance/): Freezer rooms are bought by operators who have run out of space in the middle of a busy season and are tired of paying for emergency deliveries. - [Blast chiller finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/blast-chiller-finance/): Blast chillers are bought for food safety and kept for the margin, because cooking ahead safely is what lets a small brigade serve a big room. - [Display fridge finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/display-fridge-finance/): A display chiller is a shop fitting that sells things, which is why the cafes that get it right put the good stuff at eye level and fund the cabinet. - [Cellar cooling finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/cellar-cooling-finance/): Cellar cooling is invisible until it fails, and then it costs you a weekend of trade and several kegs before anyone has poured a pint. - [Ice machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/ice-machine-finance/): Bars run out of ice on exactly the nights they can least afford to, and most of them are renting a machine that will never be theirs. - [Commercial dishwasher finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/commercial-dishwasher-finance/): Warewash is the part of the kitchen nobody photographs and everybody depends on, and a failed machine closes a restaurant faster than a broken oven. - [Glasswasher finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/glasswasher-finance/): Clean, clear glassware sells more drinks than any promotion, and the machine that delivers it is the hardest-working box behind any bar. - [Espresso machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/espresso-machine-finance/): A traditional espresso machine is the most profitable square metre in any cafe, and one of the few purchases that repays itself in a handful of cups a day. - [Coffee grinder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/coffee-grinder-finance/): The grinder does more for the cup than the machine does, which is why serious bars spend properly on it and casual ones wonder why the coffee is inconsistent. - [Bean-to-cup machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/bean-to-cup-machine-finance/): Bean-to-cup earns its place wherever the coffee has to be good without a trained barista standing behind it, which describes most hotels and workplaces. - [EPOS system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/epos-system-finance/): A till is no longer a till, and replacing one now means terminals, handhelds, printers, a kitchen screen and a software platform underneath it all. - [Kitchen display system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/kitchen-display-system-finance/): Paper tickets fall off rails and get lost in the weeds, and kitchens running delivery alongside dine-in usually reach the point where a screen is the only answer. - [Catering trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/catering-trailer-finance/): A catering trailer is a restaurant you can tow to where the customers already are, and it is funded as a proper asset rather than a hobby. - [Food truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/food-truck-finance/): A food truck is two purchases pretending to be one: a commercial vehicle with a V5, and a kitchen bolted inside it that never appears on the logbook. - [Mobile bar finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/mobile-bar-finance/): Weddings and festivals need a bar that arrives on a tow bar, and the operators who do it well are booked eighteen months ahead and still buying units. - [Bar fit-out finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/bar-fit-out-finance/): A refurbishment is bought on the promise of better spend per head, and the whole point is that it should not swallow a season of cash to get there. - [Restaurant furniture finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/restaurant-furniture-finance/): Seating decides how many covers a room holds and how long people stay in it, and it wears out on a cycle whether the budget is ready or not. - [Hotel FF&E finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/hotel-ffe-finance/): Bedroom refurbishment is the one investment a hotel cannot defer forever, because rate is set by the room and guests photograph everything. - [Vacuum packer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/catering-hospitality-finance/vacuum-packer-finance/): A chamber vacuum packer extends shelf life, cuts waste and makes sous vide possible, which is a lot of return from one stainless box on a bench. ### HGV and truck finance (30 pages) - [HGV tractor unit finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/hgv-tractor-unit-finance/): Tractor units are funded on haulage rates and licence standing, so we place them with funders who understand long-haul mileage rather than pricing them like large vans. - [Rigid truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/rigid-truck-finance/): Rigids cover everything from urban multi-drop to heavy aggregate work, so the right funder depends far more on the body fitted than on the chassis badge. - [7.5 tonne truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/7-5-tonne-truck-finance/): The 7.5 tonne class is the first rung into operator licensing, and funders treat it as the step up from van fleet into regulated haulage. - [18 tonne truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/18-tonne-truck-finance/): The 18 tonne rigid is the workhorse of UK regional distribution, and its wide resale market makes it one of the more straightforward HGVs to place. - [26 tonne truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/26-tonne-truck-finance/): Twenty-six tonne six-wheelers carry a heavier body and a heavier workload, so funders look closely at what is bolted to the chassis and who is running it. - [Tipper truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/tipper-truck-finance/): Tippers work hard in punishing conditions, so funders judge them on the body build and the operator behind the wheel as much as on the chassis. - [Grab lorry finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/grab-lorry-finance/): A grab lorry is two assets on one chassis, and the crane is underwritten on its own merits alongside the truck it is mounted on. - [Hook loader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/hook-loader-finance/): Hook loaders earn by swapping bodies rather than waiting to be unloaded, and funders look at the hookgear and the container fleet as separate assets. - [Skip loader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/skip-loader-finance/): Skip lorries are bought alongside a fleet of skips, and funding the truck without planning for the bins is the mistake most new operators make. - [Curtainsider truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/curtainsider-truck-finance/): Curtainsiders are the most generic body in UK haulage, which is exactly why they are among the easiest trucks to get funded properly. - [Curtainside trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/curtainside-trailer-finance/): Trailers depreciate far more slowly than the units that pull them, and funding them on a matched term to the truck usually costs an operator money. - [Flatbed truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/flatbed-truck-finance/): Flatbeds carry what will not fit in a curtain, and their simplicity makes them one of the least complicated truck bodies to put in front of a funder. - [Dropside truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/dropside-truck-finance/): Dropsides give side access without the payload penalty of a curtain, and they are the default body for merchants delivering building materials to site. - [Box truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/box-van-truck-finance/): Box bodies protect the load and secure it properly, which is why removals, retail and parcel operators keep buying them over curtainsiders. - [Refrigerated truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/refrigerated-truck-finance/): A fridge truck is three assets at once — chassis, insulated body and refrigeration unit — and funders look hard at the middle two. - [Refrigerated trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/refrigerated-trailer-finance/): Fridge trailers hold value better than fridge rigids, but the unit hours and the state of the insulation still decide how a funder sees the deal. - [Car transporter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/car-transporter-finance/): Car transporters are specialist enough that the funder panel narrows sharply, and the deal usually rests on who you move vehicles for. - [Recovery truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/recovery-truck-finance/): Recovery trucks earn on call-out contracts, and funders weigh the recovery equipment and the club or police contract as heavily as the chassis. - [Beavertail truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/beavertail-truck-finance/): Beavertails move plant without a low loader licence burden, which makes them the practical choice for hire firms shifting diggers between sites. - [Low loader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/low-loader-finance/): Low loaders carry the machines nothing else can, and funders assess them on the heavy haulage work behind them rather than on generic trailer values. - [Concrete mixer truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/concrete-mixer-truck-finance/): Mixer trucks are single-purpose machines tied to concrete supply, so funders look closely at where the work and the material are coming from. - [Tanker finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/tanker-finance/): Tankers are built for one product family, and what the tank was designed to carry determines both the resale market and the funder who will write it. - [Bulk tipper trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/bulk-tipper-trailer-finance/): Bulk tipping trailers carry more per trip than any rigid tipper, and funders treat the body material and builder as a genuine value question. - [Walking floor trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/walking-floor-trailer-finance/): Walking floors unload without tipping, which is why waste and biomass operators use them where overhead height or ground stability rules out a tipper. - [Double deck trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/double-deck-trailer-finance/): Double deckers nearly double the pallet count per trip, which is why retail and network operators run them despite the height restrictions they bring. - [Crane lorry finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/crane-lorry-hiab-finance/): A lorry loader turns a flatbed into a self-sufficient delivery vehicle, and funders assess the crane with as much care as the truck under it. - [Road sweeper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/road-sweeper-finance/): Sweepers earn on contracts rather than loads, so funders assess the sweeping business and the contract behind the machine as much as the machine. - [Refuse truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/refuse-truck-finance/): Refuse collection vehicles run on contracted rounds, and that recurring income is exactly what makes funders comfortable with an otherwise specialist body. - [Livestock lorry finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/livestock-lorry-finance/): Livestock lorries are built for one job and one welfare standard, and funders assess the deck build and the haulage work behind it together. - [Electric truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/hgv-truck-finance/electric-truck-finance/): Electric HGVs are funded, but with less residual history behind them, funders lean harder on the operator and on the charging plan than on the vehicle. ### Boat and marine finance (30 pages) - [Narrowboat finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/narrowboat-finance/): Funding for steel canal boats bought for weekends, extended cruising or as a home, placed with lenders who understand inland waterways craft. - [River cruiser finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/river-cruiser-finance/): Finance for glass fibre inland cruisers on the Thames, Great Ouse and Norfolk Broads, arranged with funders who price a river boat properly. - [Sailing yacht finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/sailing-yacht-finance/): Funding for cruising and racing yachts, from a first coastal boat to a blue water cruiser bought abroad and sailed home. - [Motor yacht finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/motor-yacht-finance/): Funding for flybridge and sports motor yachts, including used imports brought in from Europe, placed with lenders who write marine every week. - [RIB finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/rib-boat-finance/): Funding for rigid inflatable boats used privately, by training schools and by commercial operators running passenger trips or safety cover. - [Day boat finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/day-boat-finance/): Funding for trailed day boats, bowriders and small launches used for coastal fishing, watersports and unhurried afternoons out on the water with the family. - [Charter boat finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/charter-boat-finance/): Funding for boats bought to earn, from a single skippered charter yacht to another hull added to an established fleet. - [Workboat finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/workboat-finance/): Funding for commercial workboats used on marine construction, piling support, aquaculture servicing, dredging support and day-to-day harbour maintenance around the UK coast. - [Fishing vessel finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/fishing-vessel-finance/): Funding for inshore potters, creel boats, trawlers and scallopers, assessed on the licence, the quota and the landings behind the business. - [Survey vessel finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/survey-vessel-finance/): Funding for coded survey launches and catamarans carrying multibeam, sub-bottom and positioning and acquisition equipment for hydrographic, cable route and nearshore geophysical work. - [Dive boat finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/dive-boat-finance/): Funding for hard boats and RIBs running recreational dive charter, and for dive support craft working inspection and marine contracting jobs. - [Dredger finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/dredger-finance/): Funding for cutter suction, backhoe and grab dredgers used on marina maintenance, lagoon work, harbour channels, flood lagoons and inland navigations across the UK. - [Outboard engine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/outboard-engine-finance/): Funding for new outboards and repower packages, whether the engine is bought with a boat or fitted to a hull you already own. - [Inboard engine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/inboard-engine-finance/): Funding for marine diesel repowers, covering the engine, gearbox, mounts and the yard labour needed to get the boat running again. - [Pontoon finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/pontoon-finance/): Funding for pontoon boats used on inland water and for modular floating platforms rigged as working decks for lakeside and waterway contractors. - [Marine crane finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/marine-crane-finance/): Funding for deck-mounted and quayside marine cranes used for cargo handling, gear recovery, aquaculture servicing, buoy work and routine harbour maintenance duties. - [Net hauler finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/net-hauler-finance/): Funding for hydraulic net, pot and line haulers fitted to inshore fishing boats and aquaculture service vessels working gear daily. - [Fish pump finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/fish-pump-finance/): Funding for vacuum and impeller fish pumps used to move live fish between pens, well boats, graders and harvest stations without handling damage. - [Fish grader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/fish-grader-finance/): Funding for live fish grading systems used to size stock through the growing cycle, from hatchery fry graders to in-pen harvest grading. - [Shellfish grader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/shellfish-grader-finance/): Funding for mussel and oyster grading lines, declumpers, washers and tumblers used by growers on the Scottish sea lochs and southern estuaries. - [Fish hold refrigeration finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/fish-hold-refrigeration-finance/): Funding for refrigerated sea water plant, chilled hold systems and insulation that keep a catch in condition between the haul and the market. - [Fish processing line finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/fish-processing-line-finance/): Funding for gutting, filleting, skinning and packing equipment used by fish processors and by growers taking product to market themselves. - [Marine ice machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/ice-machine-marine-finance/): Funding for flake and slurry ice plant on quaysides and aboard vessels, keeping catch and shellfish in condition from landing to market. - [Cage net finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/cage-net-finance/): Funding for pen nets, predator netting and cage mooring systems on salmon and trout sites, bought in sets rather than one at a time. - [Feed barge finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/feed-barge-finance/): Funding for feed barges serving salmon and trout pens, covering the hull, silos, blowers, control room and the feed system aboard. - [Recirculating aquaculture system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/recirculating-aquaculture-system-finance/): Funding for land-based recirculating systems, from smolt hatcheries to full grow-out units, covering tanks, biofilters, pumps and the full water treatment circuit. - [Oxygenation system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/boat-finance/oxygenation-system-finance/): Funding for oxygen generation and aeration plant that keeps dissolved oxygen stable in hatcheries, land-based units and live holding tanks. ### Business asset finance (30 pages) - [Salon chair finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/salon-chair-finance/): Spread the cost of styling chairs and backwash seating across a package that funders assess on the salon’s trading record rather than the chairs themselves. - [Barber chair finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/barber-chair-finance/): Fund heavy cast-base barber chairs and the fittings around them without emptying the till in the quiet weeks after a shop opens. - [Salon equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/salon-equipment-finance/): One agreement covering the backwash units, dryers, trolleys and treatment kit a salon needs, rather than a dozen small purchases on the card. - [Beauty couch finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/beauty-couch-finance/): Electric treatment couches and the equipment around them, funded across a term instead of landing on the business in a single month. - [Pedicure spa chair finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/pedicure-spa-chair-finance/): Pedicure spa chairs are heavy, plumbed and expensive to install — which is exactly why most salons fund them rather than buying outright. - [Tanning bed finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/tanning-bed-finance/): Sunbeds and stand-up units are heavy, installed assets that most salons fund rather than buy outright, and funder appetite varies widely. - [Laser hair removal machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/laser-hair-removal-machine-finance/): Laser and IPL systems are among the few assets in this sector with real resale value, which changes how funders look at the deal. - [HydraFacial machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/hydrafacial-machine-finance/): Branded facial systems come with consumable commitments as well as a purchase price, and funders look at both before they lend. - [Tattoo equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/tattoo-equipment-finance/): Tattoo studios are a small-ticket, soft asset sector, so the shape of the deal matters more here than the kit on the invoice. - [Commercial gym equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/commercial-gym-equipment-finance/): Kitting out a gym floor is a large single outlay funded by memberships that build slowly, which is exactly what asset finance is for. - [Treadmill fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/treadmill-fleet-finance/): Treadmills wear out on a predictable cycle, so clubs usually replace them as a fleet and fund them across that same cycle. - [Spin bike fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/spin-bike-fleet-finance/): A studio full of indoor bikes goes in on one day and earns back over years, which is the classic case for spreading the cost. - [Free weights finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/free-weights-finance/): A full dumbbell set, racks and platforms add up fast, even though no single item on the invoice looks expensive. - [Functional rig finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/functional-rig-finance/): A functional rig is built for your room, bolted to your floor and rarely fits anyone else’s space — and funders price that in. - [Spa hot tub finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/spa-hot-tub-finance/): A commercial spa pool is part equipment and part building works, and funders look at those two halves very differently. - [Laundry equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/laundry-equipment-finance/): Commercial laundry machines are proper hard assets with real second-hand value, which puts them in a stronger position than most equipment on this list. - [Commercial washing machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/commercial-washing-machine-finance/): A washer-extractor is the machine a hotel or care home cannot trade without, which is why most are replaced before they fail rather than after. - [Commercial dryer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/commercial-dryer-finance/): Drying capacity is usually what limits a laundry, not washing, so dryers are often the machine a business needs to upgrade first. - [Dry cleaning equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/dry-cleaning-equipment-finance/): A dry cleaning machine is a serious piece of plant with environmental obligations attached, and both affect how it is funded. - [Launderette equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/laundrette-equipment-finance/): A launderette is a bank of valuable machines sitting inside a shop fit-out, and funders treat the two halves completely differently. - [Ride-on sweeper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/ride-on-sweeper-finance/): Ride-on sweepers are self-propelled machines with a serial number and a resale market, which puts them well ahead of most cleaning equipment. - [Carpet extractor finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/carpet-extractor-finance/): From a portable extractor to a van-mounted system, carpet cleaning equipment ranges from too small to finance to a substantial asset. - [Industrial pressure washer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/pressure-washer-industrial-finance/): A mobile hot-wash unit and a fixed wash bay with water recycling are the same job done two ways — and two very different funding cases. - [Office furniture finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/office-furniture-finance/): Furnishing an office is a large one-off cost for something that earns nothing directly, which is precisely why businesses spread it. - [Office fit-out finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/office-fit-out-finance/): Everything in a fit-out becomes part of a building you do not own, which is the single most important thing to understand before applying. - [Shop fit-out finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/shop-fit-out-finance/): A shop fit-out turns an empty unit into a business, and almost none of it can ever be taken back out again. - [Retail fixtures finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/retail-fixtures-finance/): Display units and shop fittings are bought by the shopful rather than one at a time, which is the only way they reach a fundable size. - [Refrigerated merchandiser finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/refrigerated-merchandiser-finance/): Display refrigeration is the one part of a convenience store fit-out that a funder can actually recover and sell on. - [Self-checkout finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/self-checkout-finance/): Self-checkout kiosks are technology assets that date quickly, so how the agreement is structured matters as much as the hardware choice. - [Passenger lift finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/business-finance/passenger-lift-finance/): A lift is the most permanent thing on this list — once installed it is part of the building, and funders assess it on that basis. ### Van and light commercial finance (29 pages) - [First van finance for a new business](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/first-van-finance/): Funding a first van when there are no filed accounts, no trading history and no limited company behind the application. - [Panel van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/panel-van-finance/): The everyday workhorse of British trade, funded properly — new or used, in your business name, with the paperwork handled for you. - [Small van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/small-van-finance/): Compact vans for mobile engineers, couriers and anyone who needs to park in a city — funded without being told the deal is too small to bother with. - [Medium van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/medium-van-finance/): The size most trades actually need — big enough for a full day of materials, small enough for a residential street — funded new or used. - [Large van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/large-van-finance/): Maximum load cube on a standard licence — large panel vans funded for removals, couriers, installers and anyone shifting volume rather than weight. - [Luton van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/luton-van-finance/): Box on the back, cab overhang over the roof — Luton vans funded new from the bodybuilder or used from a dealer, tail lift included. - [Box van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/box-van-finance/): A chassis cab and a purpose-built box — funded as one asset, whether it is coming off a dealer forecourt or out of a bodybuilder workshop. - [Tipper van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/tipper-van-finance/): The vehicle that pays for itself on muck-away alone — single and crew cab tippers funded for groundworkers, landscapers and builders. - [Dropside van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/dropside-van-finance/): Flat deck, drop-down sides, load from anywhere — dropside vans funded for scaffolders, merchants and anyone whose load will not go through a back door. - [Crew cab van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/crew-cab-van-finance/): Five or six seats behind a bulkhead with the load space still intact — crew vans funded for gangs who travel together and work together. - [Refrigerated van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/refrigerated-van-finance/): Insulated, sealed and temperature controlled — fridge and freezer vans funded for the businesses whose stock is ruined if the unit stops. - [Electric van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/electric-van-finance/): Battery vans funded for the businesses that actually benefit — urban multi-drop, clean air zones and fleets with a depot to charge at. - [Welfare van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/welfare-van-finance/): Seats, a canteen, a toilet and a drying area in one vehicle — welfare vans funded for contractors who have to provide facilities on site. - [Recovery truck and tow truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/recovery-van-finance/): Slidebeds, spec lifts and beavertails — recovery vehicles funded for operators who earn money the moment the call comes in. - [Pickup truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/pickup-finance/): Four wheel drive, a load bed and five seats — pickups funded for trades who need to get onto a muddy site and still look presentable on Monday. - [Minibus finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/minibus-van-finance/): Van-based minibuses funded for schools, care homes, clubs and community groups — nine seats up to seventeen, new or used. - [Wheelchair accessible vehicle finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/wheelchair-accessible-van-finance/): Ramped and lowered-floor vehicles funded for care providers, community transport and accessible taxi operators who cannot afford downtime. - [Mobile workshop van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/mobile-workshop-van-finance/): A workshop that drives to the job — racked and powered service vans funded for engineers who fix things where they stand. - [Dog grooming van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/dog-grooming-van-finance/): A salon on wheels with hot water, a bath and a dryer — mobile grooming vans funded for groomers who would rather not pay shop rent. - [Coffee van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/coffee-van-finance/): Espresso machine, grinder, water and power in a van that can park where the customers already are — funded as one asset. - [Ice cream van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/ice-cream-van-finance/): Whippy machine, freezers, generator and a round to run it on — ice cream vans funded for operators who know their season. - [Catering van and food truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/catering-van-finance/): A commercial kitchen in a vehicle — food trucks and catering vans funded for street food traders, event caterers and festival operators. - [Mobile valeting van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/mobile-valeting-van-finance/): Water tank, pressure washer, generator and vacuum — valeting vans funded for operators who bring the wash bay to the customer driveway. - [Curtainside van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/curtainside-van-finance/): Side loading without a forklift reaching over a headboard — 3.5 tonne curtainsiders funded for merchants, distributors and pallet work. - [Van conversion finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/van-conversion-finance/): Base vehicle, bodybuilder invoice and fit-out funded as one asset — including builds that are paid for in stages before the van ever moves. - [Ex-lease van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/ex-lease-van-finance/): Former contract hire vans with full service history and a known life — often the best value on the market, and straightforward to fund. - [Van fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/van-fleet-finance/): Two vans or twenty — fleet funding arranged so you can add vehicles as contracts land, without starting from scratch every time. - [Van refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/van-refinance/): Turn vans you already own into working capital, or restructure what you are paying now — without the vehicles leaving your yard. - [Long wheelbase van finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/lcv-van-finance/long-wheelbase-van-finance/): When the load is long rather than heavy — LWB and extra-long panel vans funded for glaziers, kitchen fitters, couriers and carpet firms. ### Plant and construction equipment finance (29 pages) - [Mini excavator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/mini-excavator-finance/): Mini diggers are the most financed machine in UK groundworks — small enough to buy quickly, valuable enough that funders treat them as proper security. - [Midi excavator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/midi-excavator-finance/): The 5 to 10 tonne class is where a groundworks firm stops hiring in and starts owning — and where funders start asking what the machine is working on. - [13 tonne excavator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/13-tonne-excavator-finance/): Thirteen tonnes is the workhorse size for UK civils — big enough for deep drainage and bulk dig, small enough to move on a standard low loader. - [Wheeled excavator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/wheeled-excavator-finance/): Wheeled excavators earn their keep on highways and utilities work, where tracking across finished surfaces is not an option and road travel between jobs is routine. - [Long reach excavator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/long-reach-excavator-finance/): Long reach machines are bought for a purpose, not for general hire, and funders assess them accordingly — the contract matters as much as the machine. - [Rotating telehandler finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/rotating-telehandler-finance/): A roto replaces a crane, a scissor and a fixed handler in one machine, and it carries a price tag that reflects all three — funders treat it accordingly. - [Wheel loader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/wheel-loader-finance/): Loading shovels are bought to move volume, and the funder’s first question is always what you are moving — aggregate, waste or soil changes the machine’s life expectancy. - [Skid steer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/skid-steer-finance/): Skid steers are small-ticket plant, which means the decision is usually quick — but the attachment list is often worth more than the machine. - [Tracked dumper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/tracked-dumper-finance/): Tracked dumpers go where a wheeled site dumper cannot — soft ground, steep ground and through gateways — and that is exactly why buyers need one. - [Site dumper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/site-dumper-finance/): Every groundworks job needs a dumper, which is why the used market never dries up and why funders almost never argue about the security. - [Ride on roller finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/ride-on-roller-finance/): Tandem rollers are compaction plant that works hard in short bursts, and their long service life is exactly what makes them easy to fund. - [Trench roller finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/trench-roller-finance/): Remote control trench rollers compact backfill where nobody should be standing, which makes them a safety purchase as much as a productivity one. - [Bulldozer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/bulldozer-finance/): Dozers are bought for bulk earthmoving and landfill, and funders read the application as much as the machine because duty cycle decides what is left at the end. - [Backhoe loader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/backhoe-loader-finance/): The backhoe loader digs, loads and drives itself to the next job, and funders have decades of resale evidence for exactly how well it holds value. - [Crusher finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/crusher-finance/): A mobile crusher turns a disposal cost into a saleable product, and the business case is usually strong enough that the funding question becomes about permits. - [Screener finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/screener-finance/): Screeners turn mixed arisings into saleable grades, and unlike a crusher they earn from day one on soil alone — which funders find easier to picture. - [Concrete mixer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/concrete-mixer-finance/): Concrete mixing plant ranges from a site mixer in the back of a van to a volumetric body on a four-axle chassis, and each end is funded differently. - [Concrete pump finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/concrete-pump-finance/): Concrete pumping is a specialist business with a small number of operators, and funders assess the pump as much on who is running it as on what it is. - [Piling rig finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/piling-rig-finance/): Piling rigs are among the most specialised assets in construction, and funders price that specialism into everything from the advance to the inspection. - [Road planer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/road-planer-finance/): Planing is the first operation on almost every resurfacing job, and owning the machine is what lets a surfacing contractor control its own programme. - [Tarmac paver finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/tarmac-paver-finance/): A paver is the machine that turns a surfacing gang into a surfacing contractor, and it is bought when subcontracting the laying stops making sense. - [Tower light finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/tower-light-finance/): Lighting towers are low-value individually and substantial in a batch, which is exactly how the hire fleets that buy most of them fund them. - [Generator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/generator-finance/): Generators are bought by contractors who cannot wait for a grid connection and by hire fleets who know a genset earns every day it is out. - [Welfare unit finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/welfare-unit-finance/): Site welfare is a legal requirement, not an optional extra, which makes a welfare unit one of the few purchases a contractor genuinely cannot avoid. - [Breaker attachment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/breaker-attachment-finance/): A breaker is the attachment most contractors hire far too often before buying one, and it funds most easily when it arrives with the machine. - [Tiltrotator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/tilt-rotator-finance/): A tiltrotator turns one excavator into several machines, and UK contractors have finally started buying them at the rate Scandinavia always did. - [Scissor lift finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/scissor-lift-finance/): Scissor lifts are the backbone of the access hire industry, bought in fleets, hired constantly and funded against utilisation rather than optimism. - [Boom lift finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/boom-lift-finance/): Boom lifts reach where scissors cannot, cost considerably more, and are funded by people who can evidence how many days a year they will be out. - [Low loader trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/construction-plant-machinery-finance/low-loader-trailer-finance/): Owning the machine is only half the job — getting it to site is the other half, and plant trailers are funded on their own particular terms. ### Forklift and warehouse equipment finance (28 pages) - [Counterbalance forklift finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/counterbalance-forklift-finance/): The workhorse of most UK warehouses, and one of the most straightforward machines in the building to put on a finance agreement. - [Electric forklift finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/electric-forklift-finance/): Clean, quiet and cheap to run, but on an electric truck the battery is half the asset and a funder will price it that way. - [Diesel forklift finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/diesel-forklift-finance/): The truck of choice wherever the work happens outside, on rough ground, in the rain, and often at a weight an electric will not lift. - [Gas and LPG forklift finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/gas-forklift-finance/): Cheaper to buy than an electric, cleaner than a diesel indoors, and a popular middle option for sites that run hard through a single shift. - [Reach truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/reach-truck-finance/): The truck that makes tall racking pay for itself, reaching into aisles far too narrow for a counterbalance to turn in. - [Manual pallet truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/pallet-truck-finance/): The cheapest lifting device in the building, and the one item most often bought on the card rather than on an agreement. - [Powered pallet truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/powered-pallet-truck-finance/): The first powered machine most warehouses buy, and the one that quietly does more pallet movements per day than anything else on site. - [Stacker truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/stacker-truck-finance/): A compact answer for sites that need to stack two or three pallets high without the space or budget for a full forklift. - [Very narrow aisle truck finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/very-narrow-aisle-truck-finance/): Turret and man-up trucks turn a building’s height into usable pallet positions, working aisles barely wider than the load itself. - [Order picker finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/order-picker-finance/): Built for picking cases rather than moving pallets, these trucks earn their keep on lines per hour rather than tonnes moved. - [Industrial telehandler finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/industrial-telehandler-finance/): Reach forward as well as up, which turns one machine into a loader, a forklift and a lifting platform across a working yard. - [Container handler finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/container-handler-finance/): The heavy end of materials handling, stacking boxes several high in port yards and inland depots where nothing smaller will do. - [Side loader finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/side-loader-finance/): Purpose-built for long loads, carrying timber, steel and pipe lengthways down an aisle that a conventional truck could never turn in. - [Tow tractor finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/tow-tractor-finance/): Where a site moves the same route hundreds of times a day, a tug and a train of trailers beats a forklift on both cost and safety. - [Pallet racking finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/pallet-racking-finance/): Racking pays for itself in pallet positions, but once it is bolted to the floor a funder stops seeing an asset and starts seeing a fixture. - [Cantilever racking finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/cantilever-racking-finance/): Armed columns with no front uprights, built for timber, tube and board that would never sit sensibly on a pallet. - [Mezzanine floor finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/mezzanine-floor-finance/): The cheapest way to double usable floor area without moving building, and the hardest single item in a warehouse for a funder to secure against. - [Warehouse shelving finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/shelving-finance/): Boltless bays and small-parts storage cost little individually but add up fast when you are fitting out a whole pick face. - [Conveyor system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/conveyor-system-finance/): Once goods move themselves between pick, pack and despatch, labour stops being the thing that limits how much you can ship. - [Sortation system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/sortation-system-finance/): Cross-belt, tilt-tray and sliding shoe sorters route many thousands of items an hour to the right chute, and they are priced accordingly. - [Automated storage and retrieval finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/automated-storage-finance/): Goods-to-person storage that takes the walking out of picking, from a single vertical lift module to a full robotic cube. - [AGV and autonomous mobile robot finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/agv-amr-finance/): Driverless tuggers, pallet movers and picking robots that run the same route all night without a driver or a break. - [Pallet wrapper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/pallet-wrapper-finance/): Turntable and rotary arm wrappers pay back in film savings and load stability long before anyone counts the labour they replace. - [Strapping machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/strapping-machine-finance/): Banding cartons, bundles and pallets faster and tighter than hand tools, with a consistent tension a person cannot reliably repeat. - [Weighing equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/weighing-equipment-finance/): From a bench scale to a full vehicle weighbridge, an accurate weight underpins despatch records, carrier billing and your obligations under trade law. - [Dock leveller finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/dock-leveller-finance/): The bridge between trailer and warehouse floor, and the difference between loading a lorry in twenty minutes or an hour. - [Industrial door finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/warehouse-door-finance/): Sectional and high-speed doors cut heat loss, speed up traffic flow and keep the weather out of a busy despatch bay. - [Floor scrubber finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/racking-warehouse-finance/floor-scrubber-finance/): A clean warehouse floor is a safety measure as much as a housekeeping one, and a scrubber dryer does in an hour what a mop cannot do at all. ### Medical, dental and veterinary equipment finance (28 pages) - [Dental chair finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/dental-chair-finance/): Spread the cost of a treatment centre across the years it earns for the surgery, rather than taking the whole hit in one quarter. - [Dental surgery fit-out finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/dental-surgery-fit-out-finance/): A whole surgery, branch or squat build arranged as one facility instead of six separate agreements with six different suppliers. - [Intraoral scanner finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/intraoral-scanner-finance/): Digital impression scanners are portable, high value and easy to identify, which makes them one of the simpler dental assets to place. - [Dental CBCT scanner finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/dental-cbct-scanner-finance/): Cone beam imaging is a big-ticket purchase that usually arrives with a lead-lined room attached, so the funding has two halves to it. - [Dental X-ray finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/dental-x-ray-finance/): From a wall-mounted intraoral set to a full panoramic machine, dental radiography is a middle-ticket asset that funders place every week. - [Dental autoclave finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/dental-autoclave-finance/): Sterilisers rarely fail at a convenient moment, and a practice cannot open without one, so speed of decision matters more than usual here. - [Dental milling machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/dental-milling-machine-finance/): Bringing crown and bridge work in house means a mill, a furnace and a workflow — and funders look at each of those quite differently. - [Orthodontic equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/orthodontic-equipment-finance/): Orthodontics buys in workflows rather than single machines, so the funding usually needs to cover a chain of kit bought at once. - [Dental implant equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/dental-implant-equipment-finance/): Implant kit is small, expensive and highly portable, which makes it easy to lose track of and slightly awkward to secure against. - [Veterinary X-ray finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/veterinary-x-ray-finance/): Whether it is a fixed table in a small animal practice or a portable set going out to yards, vet radiography funds cleanly. - [Veterinary ultrasound finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/veterinary-ultrasound-finance/): Ultrasound is the classic movable veterinary asset — portable, serial numbered, resaleable, and therefore easy for funders to say yes to. - [Veterinary operating table finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/veterinary-operating-table-finance/): Theatre equipment is rarely bought one piece at a time, so the sensible approach is to fund the whole room in a single schedule. - [Veterinary anaesthesia machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/veterinary-anaesthesia-machine-finance/): Anaesthetic machines, vaporisers and monitors are modest individually but add up fast when a practice is equipping more than one theatre. - [Veterinary dental equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/veterinary-dental-equipment-finance/): Veterinary dentistry has gone from an afterthought to a revenue line, and the kit to do it properly is bought as a set. - [Kennels and cages finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/kennels-and-cages-finance/): Ward housing is unglamorous, long-lived and expensive to buy all at once, which is exactly the profile asset finance exists for. - [Ultrasound scanner finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/ultrasound-scanner-finance/): Diagnostic ultrasound moves, holds value and is easy to identify, which puts it among the most fundable assets in private healthcare. - [ECG machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/ecg-machine-finance/): Individually a small purchase, but clinics rarely buy one — a fleet of monitors across several rooms is a proper facility. - [Endoscopy equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/endoscopy-equipment-finance/): A scope is only half the purchase — the decontamination side is the half that decides whether the service can actually run. - [MRI scanner finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/mri-scanner-finance/): Large imaging is closer to a construction project than an equipment purchase, and the funding has to be built to match. - [Aesthetic laser finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/aesthetic-laser-finance/): Lasers hold their value and move easily, but the clinic buying one is judged very differently depending on who owns it. - [IPL machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/ipl-machine-finance/): IPL sits at a lower price point than laser, which changes both the funding product and the type of lender likely to write it. - [Body contouring machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/body-contouring-machine-finance/): Contouring devices are sold hard, bought quickly and sometimes resold within a year, and funders have long memories about that. - [Patient hoist and hospital bed finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/patient-hoist-and-hospital-bed-finance/): Care operators replace beds and hoists in batches, which turns a long list of modest items into a facility worth arranging properly. - [Podiatry chair finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/podiatry-chair-finance/): Podiatry buys in small, sensible amounts, so the trick is grouping a clinic room into one facility rather than three little ones. - [Physiotherapy couch finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/physiotherapy-couch-finance/): Couches are the backbone of a physio clinic and rarely bought one at a time, which is what makes the funding worth arranging. - [Shockwave therapy machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/shockwave-therapy-machine-finance/): Shockwave units sit at the point where a physio clinic purchase becomes big enough for proper asset finance rather than a loan. - [OCT scanner finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/oct-scanner-finance/): An OCT is how most independent practices differentiate themselves, and it is usually the largest single item in the test room. - [Audiology equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/healthcare-equipment-finance/audiology-equipment-finance/): A hearing clinic is a room full of instruments plus a booth, and the booth is the bit that behaves least like equipment. ### CNC and machine tool finance (28 pages) - [Vertical machining centre finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/vertical-machining-centre-finance/): The workhorse of nearly every UK machine shop, and the easiest machine tool in the country to put a funder behind. - [Horizontal machining centre finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/horizontal-machining-centre-finance/): Pallet-changing horizontals are bought to run lights-out, and the funding needs to account for the cell around the machine, not just the machine. - [5-axis machining centre finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/5-axis-machining-centre-finance/): Five-axis machines carry the highest ticket in most shops and the highest expectations, so funders look as closely at the work as at the iron. - [CNC lathe finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/cnc-lathe-finance/): Turning centres are the most traded machine tool in Britain, which is exactly why funders are comfortable with them. - [Turn-mill centre finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/turn-mill-centre-finance/): Done-in-one machines take three setups out of a part, and the funding case is usually about labour saved rather than capacity added. - [Sliding head lathe finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/sliding-head-lathe-finance/): Sliding head machines earn their money overnight on bar work, and a funder reads the bar feeder and the order book as part of the same asset. - [Bar feeder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/bar-feeder-finance/): A bar feeder is what turns a lathe into an unattended machine, and funders read it as part of that machine rather than as a thing in itself. - [Twin spindle lathe finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/twin-spindle-lathe-finance/): Two spindles and two turrets exist to halve cycle time, so the funding conversation is about the schedule that fills them. - [Manual lathe finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/manual-lathe-finance/): Every shop still needs one, but the low ticket value makes a manual lathe an awkward standalone finance proposal. - [Bed mill finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/bed-mill-finance/): Between the manual turret mill and the full machining centre sits a class of machine that most toolrooms cannot work without. - [Boring machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/boring-machine-finance/): Borers are bought to machine things nothing else in the shop can hold, and the install bill is often the part nobody budgeted for. - [Surface grinder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/surface-grinder-finance/): Grinding is where the tolerance is actually held, and a decent surface grinder outlives most of the machines around it. - [Cylindrical grinder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/cylindrical-grinder-finance/): Once a part is hardened, the grinder is the only machine that can save it, which is why these deals are usually driven by a customer specification. - [Tool and cutter grinder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/tool-and-cutter-grinder-finance/): Cutter grinding is a software business with a machine attached, and the licence side of the quote is where funding gets complicated. - [Wire EDM finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/wire-edm-finance/): Wire erosion cuts what cannot be milled, and funders judge these machines on the generator and the support behind it. - [Spark erosion machine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/spark-erosion-edm-finance/): Die-sink eroding puts detail into hardened tool steel that no cutter will reach, and it is bought by toolrooms rather than production shops. - [Fibre laser cutter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/fibre-laser-cutter-finance/): A fibre laser is usually the largest single purchase a sheet metal subcontractor ever makes, and the ancillaries are a project in themselves. - [Press brake finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/press-brake-finance/): Bending is where the money is made in sheet metal, and press brakes are among the most liquid assets a funder can take. - [Guillotine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/guillotine-finance/): A shear is the least glamorous machine on the shop floor and one of the most reliably fundable, because it simply does not go out of date. - [Punch press finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/punch-press-finance/): Turret punching still beats a laser on formed features and louvres, but the tooling library is what makes the machine genuinely useful. - [Waterjet cutter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/waterjet-cutter-finance/): Waterjet cuts what a laser cannot touch, and the pump is the part a funder actually wants to talk about. - [Plasma cutter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/plasma-cutter-finance/): Plasma remains the cheapest way to get a profiling table into a fabrication shop, and the power source is where the value sits. - [Tube bender finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/tube-bender-finance/): Tube bending is a tooling business as much as a machine business, and the bend tooling rarely fits the next owner’s job. - [CMM and inspection equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/cmm-inspection-equipment-finance/): A CMM is usually bought because a customer approval demands it, which makes the timing urgent and the budget uncomfortable. - [Tool presetter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/tool-presetter-finance/): A presetter takes tool setting off the machine and puts it on a bench, which is worth more in a busy shop than most people expect. - [Metal bandsaw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/metal-bandsaw-finance/): Sawing is the first operation on most jobs and the one most shops under-invest in until the saw becomes the bottleneck. - [Robot and cobot loading cell finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/robot-loading-cell-finance/): Automation deals are funded on the hardware, and the integration engineering that makes the cell work is the part a funder cannot take back. - [Air compressor finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/cnc-machine-tool-finance/compressor-finance/): Nothing in a machine shop runs without air, and compressors are usually bought in a hurry when the old one finally gives up. ### Arb and forestry finance (27 pages) - [Wood chipper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/wood-chipper-finance/): Road-tow, tracked and crane-fed chippers, funded on hire purchase, including machines bought privately rather than from a dealer. - [Sawmill finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/sawmill-finance/): Portable band sawmills and timber processing plant, usually the point at which a fencing or arb business stops buying finished timber and starts milling its own. - [Stump grinder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/stump-grinder-finance/): Fund a stump grinder on its own or alongside a chipper, whether you are buying new dealer stock, a used machine or a grinder from another arborist. - [Timber harvester finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/timber-harvester-finance/): Hire purchase and lease options for eight-wheel and small-scale harvesters, covering dealer machines, private sales and imports from Scandinavia and Ireland. - [Forwarder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/forwarder-finance/): Fund the machine that gets the timber out of the wood, with hire purchase and lease options on new, used and imported forwarders. - [Timber trailer and crane finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/timber-trailer-and-crane-finance/): Fund a forestry trailer and loading crane as one outfit, whether it is going behind your own tractor or bought alongside one. - [Forestry winch finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/forestry-winch-finance/): Fund a three-point linkage forestry winch for thinning and windblow extraction, either on its own or as part of a wider forestry package. - [Tree shear and processor head finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/tree-shear-and-processor-finance/): Fund a shear or processing head for an excavator or forestry crane, whether you are re-heading an existing machine or fitting a new capability. - [Post knocker and post driver finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/post-knocker-finance/): Fund a post knocker for stock fencing, deer fencing and forestry work, from a simple linkage-mounted unit to a rotating self-contained driver. - [Fencing trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/fencing-trailer-finance/): Fund the trailer that carries the driver, the posts and the wire, whether it is a plain flatbed or a purpose-built fencing rig. - [Chip truck and arb tipper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/chip-truck-finance/): Fund the vehicle that carries the arisings, from a 3.5 tonne arb tipper to a 7.5 tonne chipper truck with a purpose-built body. - [Climbing and rigging equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/climbing-and-rigging-equipment-finance/): An honest answer on funding ropes, harnesses, lowering devices and rigging gear, and the routes that actually work for arb businesses. - [Arborist chainsaw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/arborist-chainsaw-finance/): What is realistic when funding chainsaws for a tree surgery business, and how saws are usually packaged into a larger equipment purchase. - [Narrow access stump grinder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/narrow-access-stump-grinder-finance/): Fund a tracked, gate-width grinder for back garden work, with options on new machines, ex-demonstration stock and used units. - [Forestry mulcher finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/forestry-mulcher-finance/): Fund a tracked or remote-control mulching machine for site clearance, firebreak and vegetation management work on new or used terms. - [Forestry mulching head finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/mulching-head-finance/): Fund a mulching head for an excavator, skid steer or tractor, whether you are adding a capability or replacing a worn rotor unit. - [Tracked chipper finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/tracked-chipper-finance/): Fund a tracked chipper that walks itself onto site, for woodland, estate and restricted access work where a road-tow machine cannot go. - [Timber crane finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/timber-crane-finance/): Fund a lorry-mounted timber crane for loading roundwood, arisings and logs, whether it is going on a new chassis or an existing truck. - [Log splitter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/log-splitter-finance/): Fund a hydraulic log splitter for firewood production, from a tractor-driven vertical machine to a high-output horizontal splitter. - [Timber grab finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/timber-grab-finance/): Fund a timber grapple or grab for a crane, excavator or loader, usually as part of a wider machine purchase rather than on its own. - [Arb platform and MEWP finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/arb-platform-finance/): Fund a tracked spider lift, trailer platform or 4x4 boom for tree work, with new, used and ex-hire machines all in scope. - [Forestry tractor finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/forestry-tractor-finance/): Fund a tractor specified for woodland work, whether guarded from the factory or converted to run a winch, trailer or flail. - [Skidder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/skidder-finance/): Fund a cable or grapple skidder for whole-tree extraction and difficult ground, on new, used or imported machines. - [Sawmill edger finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/sawmill-edger-finance/): Fund the machine that squares and rips your boards after the mill, including edgers, multirips and resaw benches. - [Firewood kiln finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/firewood-kiln-finance/): Fund a drying kiln so you can sell logs to the Ready to Burn standard, from a container system to a dehumidification chamber. - [Forestry flail finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/forestry-flail-finance/): Fund a heavy-duty flail or reach arm for rides, verges and hedgerow work, mounted on a tractor you already run or bought as an outfit. - [Cord wood saw finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/tree-surgery-forestry-finance/cord-wood-saw-finance/): Fund a rocker-table or circular cordwood saw for cutting logs to length, usually packaged with a splitter or conveyor. ### Golf, turf and groundcare finance (26 pages) - [Greens mower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/greens-mower-finance/): Greens, trim and fairway mowers for golf clubs, sports grounds and contractors — including used machines from a dealer fleet. - [Golf simulator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/golf-simulator-finance/): Commercial simulator bays and launch monitors for indoor golf venues, clubs and coaching businesses — including refinancing a bay you have already paid for. - [Fairway mower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/fairway-mower-finance/): Five-unit and seven-unit fairway mowers are the machine a course is judged on, and they are funded as a straightforward hard asset. - [Rough mower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/rough-mower-finance/): Wide-area rotary decks that cut semi-rough, carry and out-of-play ground are funded as standard groundcare plant on hire purchase or lease. - [Triple mower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/triple-mower-finance/): The three-unit ride-on that cuts greens, tees and approaches is the workhorse most clubs replace first, and it funds cleanly as a hard asset. - [Pedestrian mower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/pedestrian-mower-finance/): Walk-behind cylinder mowers are low-value individually, so they are usually funded as a set rather than one machine at a time. - [Gang mower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/gang-mower-finance/): Trailed cylinder gangs cover large amenity areas cheaply, and they are usually funded together with the tractor that pulls them. - [Verticutter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/verticutter-finance/): Verticutting units remove thatch and lateral growth from fine turf, and they fund either as standalone machines or as cassettes within a mower package. - [Scarifier finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/scarifier-finance/): Scarifiers strip thatch and surface organic matter from fairways and pitches, and the tractor-mounted machines are solid funding propositions. - [Turf aerator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/turf-aerator-finance/): Surface aerators that hollow core and solid tine greens and tees are a routine golf purchase and a straightforward one to fund. - [Deep tine aerator finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/deep-tine-aerator-finance/): Deep tine machines relieve compaction well below the surface, and their build quality and resale record make them a strong funding asset. - [Top dresser finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/top-dresser-finance/): Top dressers spread sand and dressing evenly across greens and fairways, and the towed and truck-mounted units fund as standard turf plant. - [Greens roller finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/greens-roller-finance/): Rolling smooths putting surfaces and improves speed without lowering the cut, and the machines fund as compact, easily identified turf plant. - [Bunker rake finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/bunker-rake-finance/): Ride-on bunker rakes groom sand, level faces and save hours of hand raking, and they fund as compact self-propelled turf machines. - [Turf sprayer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/turf-sprayer-finance/): Dedicated turf sprayers apply nutrition and plant protection accurately, and they fund as hard assets whether self-propelled or mounted. - [Golf course irrigation finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/irrigation-system-finance/): A full irrigation installation is a project rather than a machine, and it is funded differently from anything else on a golf course. - [Pump house finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/pump-house-finance/): A pump station is the one part of an irrigation scheme with real equipment value, and it funds better than the pipework around it. - [Utility vehicle finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/utility-vehicle-finance/): Course workhorses carry staff, sand, tools and mounted equipment all day, and they are one of the most liquid assets in groundcare. - [Turf blower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/leaf-blower-finance/): Mounted and towed blowers move leaves, cores and grass clippings at a speed no hand tool matches, and the larger units fund as plant. - [Overseeder finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/overseeder-finance/): Disc and dimple seeders put seed into the ground rather than on it, and the tractor-mounted machines fund as solid renovation plant. - [Turf cutter finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/turf-cutter-finance/): From pedestrian sod cutters to tractor-mounted field topmakers, turf stripping machines range from small tools to serious renovation plant. - [Line marker finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/line-marker-finance/): Robotic GPS line markers have turned a cheap tool into a serious capital purchase, and they are funded quite differently from a wheeled marker. - [Artificial pitch maintenance equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/artificial-pitch-maintenance-finance/): Synthetic pitches need brushing, decompaction and rubber crumb cleaning to stay certified, and the machines that do it fund as specialist plant. - [Cricket square equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/cricket-square-equipment-finance/): Square preparation needs a roller, a fine turf mower and renovation kit, and cricket clubs almost always fund them as one package. - [Golf buggy fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/golf-buggy-fleet-finance/): A buggy fleet is one of the few pieces of course equipment that earns revenue directly, which changes how funders look at it. - [Greenkeeping workshop equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/golf-turf-groundcare-finance/greenkeeping-workshop-equipment-finance/): Grinders, lifts and benches turn a shed into a maintenance facility, and the grinding equipment is a far bigger purchase than most committees expect. ### IT and technology finance (26 pages) - [Laptop and desktop finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/laptop-finance/): Spread the cost of a laptop or desktop rollout across the working life of the machines instead of clearing the invoice in a single quarter. - [Workstation finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/workstation-finance/): Fund the high specification machines your design, engineering or post-production team actually needs, without the whole build cost landing on one month. - [GPU and AI compute finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/gpu-ai-compute-finance/): Bring accelerated compute in house and fund it as an asset, rather than watching cloud instance costs quietly become your largest line of spend. - [Server finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/server-finance/): Replace ageing on-premise hardware and pay for it across the years it will actually serve you, rather than out of one quarter of cash flow. - [Server room and rack finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/server-room-finance/): Fund a comms room build properly, taking in racks, cooling, power and containment as one project rather than a scatter of separate invoices. - [Storage and backup appliance finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/storage-array-finance/): Fund the capacity and the backup platform your data actually needs, spreading a large one-off hardware cost across its useful working life. - [Firewall and switch finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/firewall-finance/): Fund the security hardware at the edge of your network alongside the multi-year subscriptions that keep it doing anything useful. - [Structured cabling finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/structured-cabling-finance/): Pay for a cabling installation over time rather than in one hit, even though the cable itself becomes part of the building the day it goes in. - [Wi-Fi infrastructure finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/wifi-infrastructure-finance/): Cover access points, controllers, licensing and the survey work behind a wireless rollout in one agreement rather than several invoices. - [VoIP and telephony finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/voip-phone-system-finance/): Move to a hosted phone system and fund the handsets, licences and configuration together, ahead of the old analogue lines being switched off. - [Video conferencing finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/it-technology-finance/video-conferencing-finance/): Equip meeting rooms with cameras, displays and room systems, funded as a single rollout instead of room by room out of cash flow. - [Coach refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/minibus-coach-finance/coach-refinance/): Raising working capital against coaches you already own, or reshaping existing agreements so repayments follow the season rather than fight it. ### Taxi and private hire finance (16 pages) - [Hackney carriage finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/hackney-carriage-finance/): Funding for rank-licensed taxis, arranged around the plate your council issues rather than around a standard car agreement. - [Black cab finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/black-cab-finance/): Arranging funding for purpose-built London-style taxis, where the asset is specialist and the licensing regime is unusually strict. - [Private hire car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/private-hire-car-finance/): Funding for pre-booked private hire vehicles, placed with lenders who accept a PHV plate instead of declining the application on sight. - [Executive private hire car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/executive-private-hire-car-finance/): Finance for premium saloons and estates run on corporate accounts, where presentation is part of the product and the asset value is higher. - [Wheelchair accessible taxi finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/wheelchair-accessible-taxi-finance/): Funding for accessible cabs and converted WAVs, arranged so the conversion work is covered alongside the base vehicle rather than left out. - [Electric taxi finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/electric-taxi-finance/): Funding for battery-electric cabs and PHVs, structured around a licensed working vehicle rather than a private EV bought for the drive. - [Hybrid taxi finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/hybrid-taxi-finance/): Funding for the hybrids that dominate UK private hire fleets, arranged with lenders who do not flinch at a six-figure odometer. - [MPV taxi finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/mpv-taxi-finance/): Funding for six and seven seat people carriers plated for taxi and private hire work, where passenger count is the whole commercial case. - [Eight seater private hire finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/eight-seater-private-hire-finance/): Finance for the largest vehicles that still sit inside taxi licensing, used on group transfers, event work and airport runs with luggage. - [Chauffeur car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/chauffeur-car-finance/): Funding for chauffeur-driven cars where presentation is the product, mileage is modest and the asset value sits well above ordinary plated work. - [Airport transfer vehicle finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/airport-transfer-vehicle-finance/): Finance for the cars and people carriers that run airport transfers, where luggage capacity and reliability decide which vehicle earns. - [Taxi fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/taxi-fleet-finance/): Funding built for operators running several plated vehicles, where the business rather than the driver is what gets underwritten. - [Owner driver taxi finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/owner-driver-taxi-finance/): Funding for the single self-employed driver buying their own plated vehicle, where the application stands on your history rather than a company balance sheet. - [Used taxi finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/used-taxi-finance/): Funding for second hand plated vehicles, where the question is not how old the car is but how much licensable life it has left. - [Taxi refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/taxi-refinance/): Raising capital against a plated vehicle you already own, or replacing an existing agreement with one that suits the business better. - [Non emergency patient transport finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/taxi-finance/non-emergency-patient-transport-finance/): Funding for the converted vehicles that move patients to appointments and discharges, where contract income and conversion quality define the deal. ### Asset refinance and sale and leaseback (14 pages) - [Plant refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/plant-refinance/): Plant refinance turns diggers, dumpers and rollers you already own into working capital, without the machines ever leaving the site they are earning on. - [Production equipment refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/production-equipment-refinance/): Manufacturing capital is often locked inside machines that were paid for years ago and have been quietly earning ever since, unnoticed by the balance sheet. - [Commercial vehicle refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/commercial-vehicle-refinance/): A yard of fully paid commercial vehicles represents real money that most owners never think to draw on until something forces the question. - [Agricultural machinery refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/agricultural-machinery-refinance/): Farming ties up enormous sums in machinery that works a handful of weeks a year, and refinance is how some of that value comes back out. - [Handling equipment refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/handling-equipment-refinance/): Warehouses accumulate handling equipment the way workshops accumulate tools, and once it is paid for the value simply sits there depreciating quietly. - [Mixed asset portfolio refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/mixed-asset-portfolio-refinance/): Few businesses own just one kind of equipment, and treating a whole schedule of owned assets as one exercise usually beats picking them off individually. - [Sale and leaseback](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/sale-and-leaseback-finance/): Sale and leaseback is the simplest idea in asset finance: sell what you own to a funder, hire it back, and carry on exactly as before. - [Capital release](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/capital-release-finance/): Every pound spent outright on equipment is a pound that stopped being flexible, and capital release is how some of that flexibility is recovered. - [HGV fleet refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/hgv-fleet-refinance/): Hauliers run on margins measured in pence per mile, so capital sitting idle in fully owned tractor units is capital doing nothing useful. - [Machine tool refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/machine-tool-refinance/): A well-specified machining centre outlives several business cycles, and once it is paid off it quietly becomes one of the most bankable things a subcontractor owns. - [Hire fleet refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/hire-fleet-refinance/): Rental companies live and die by fleet age, and refinancing what is already owned is how many of them fund the next intake of stock. - [Equity release on plant](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/equity-release-plant-finance/): Years of paying agreements down leaves real equity standing in a plant fleet, and most contractors only notice it when they need cash quickly. - [Refinance to fund growth](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/refinance-to-fund-growth-finance/): Growth consumes cash before it produces any, which is why expanding businesses so often look to the equipment they have already paid for. - [Refinance for a VAT bill](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/asset-refinance/refinance-for-vat-bill-finance/): A quarterly VAT liability is the most predictable cash event in a business, and it still catches out firms whose money is tied up in machinery. ### Business car finance (13 pages) - [Company car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/company-car-finance/): Funding a car in the company name rather than your own, with the facility written against the business and the vehicle used for work. - [Director car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/director-car-finance/): Business finance for the car a director actually drives, arranged against the company rather than against you as a private individual. - [Electric company car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/electric-company-car-finance/): Business funding for a fully electric company car, where the tax treatment is the reason most people make the switch in the first place. - [Hybrid company car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/hybrid-company-car-finance/): Funding a hybrid or plug-in hybrid through the business, usually chosen as the middle ground when a full EV will not cover the mileage. - [Prestige car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/prestige-car-finance/): Business funding for high-value marques, where the lender matters as much as the product because mainstream funders stop at a certain ceiling. - [Classic car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/classic-car-finance/): Specialist funding for classic and collector cars held through a business, where the asset may appreciate rather than depreciate. - [Sports car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/sports-car-finance/): Funding a performance car through the business, where specification and model desirability move the numbers as much as the badge does. - [4x4 finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/4x4-finance/): Funding a four-wheel drive through the business, where whether it is classified as a car or a commercial vehicle changes the tax outcome entirely. - [Business fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/business-fleet-car-finance/): One facility covering several cars, so a growing sales team does not mean a fresh credit application every time you hire. - [Pool car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/pool-car-finance/): Funding shared vehicles that stay with the business rather than with one driver, which is what keeps them out of benefit-in-kind territory. - [Sole trader car finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/sole-trader-car-finance/): Business car funding where there is no limited company to underwrite, so the lender assesses you, your trade and your bank account instead. - [Used car business finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/used-car-business-finance/): Funding a used car through the business, where most of the lender’s attention goes on the vehicle’s age, history and where you are buying it from. - [Car refinance and sale and leaseback](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/car-finance/car-sale-and-leaseback-finance/): Releasing cash from cars the business already owns outright, by selling them to a funder and hiring them straight back. ### Motorhome and campervan finance (12 pages) - [motorhome finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/motorhome-finance/): A motorhome is a vehicle and a home in the same bodyshell, and the lender who prices only the chassis will always get the number wrong. - [coachbuilt motorhome finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/coachbuilt-motorhome-finance/): The coachbuilt is the default British motorhome, and because so many are traded every year the funding for one is about as predictable as this market gets. - [A-class motorhome finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/a-class-motorhome-finance/): An A-class replaces the cab entirely, which produces a far better vehicle to live in and a considerably shorter list of funders willing to price one. - [campervan finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/campervan-finance/): The question that decides a campervan application is never the price — it is whether the V5C says motor caravan and who did the conversion work. - [VW campervan conversion finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/vw-campervan-conversion-finance/): Funding for Volkswagen transporter campervans, whether you are buying a factory California or a professionally converted T5, T6 or T6.1 from a specialist builder. - [panel van conversion finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/panel-van-conversion-finance/): Finance for factory built panel van campers — the high roof, fixed bodied vans produced in volume by European manufacturers rather than converted one at a time. - [self build campervan conversion finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/self-build-conversion-finance/): Self build conversions are the hardest leisure vehicles to fund, and it helps to understand why before you start ringing round for quotes. - [used motorhome finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/used-motorhome-finance/): Most motorhomes sold in the UK each year are second hand, and funding a used one is routine business rather than an exception. - [American RV finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/american-rv-finance/): American RVs sit outside the mainstream UK leisure market, which changes both who will fund them and what an underwriter needs to see. - [motorhome refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/motorhome-refinance/): Refinancing turns a motorhome you already own into working capital, or replaces an existing agreement with one that suits your circumstances better. - [private sale motorhome finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/private-sale-motorhome-finance/): Plenty of the best motorhomes never reach a forecourt, but buying from a private seller changes which funders can help and what they need. - [motorhome rental fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/motorhome-campervan-finance/rental-fleet-motorhome-finance/): Funding vehicles that earn their keep, where the underwriting question is not just the asset but the booking season behind it. ### Hearse and funeral vehicle finance (12 pages) - [Hearse finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/hearse-finance/): A hearse is the most visible asset a funeral director owns, and it is also one of the hardest vehicles in the country to get funded properly. - [Funeral limousine finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/limousine-finance/): The limousine behind the hearse carries the family, and for most funeral directors it is the vehicle that gets the closest inspection from clients. - [Funeral fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/funeral-fleet-finance/): A cortege is judged as a single thing by every family that watches it leave, which is why funeral vehicles are so often bought in matched sets. - [Private ambulance finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/private-ambulance-finance/): The vehicle that makes the first call rarely gets seen by the family, but it is the one a funeral business uses most often. - [Removal vehicle finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/removal-vehicle-finance/): Behind every cortege sits a working van that nobody photographs, shuttling between mortuary, chapel of rest and crematorium all week. - [Horse drawn hearse finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/horse-drawn-hearse-finance/): The glass carriage behind a pair of black Friesians is the oldest thing in the funeral trade and still one of the most requested. - [Motorcycle hearse finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/motorcycle-hearse-finance/): For a lifelong rider, the last journey on three wheels has become a genuinely mainstream request rather than an eccentric one. - [Electric hearse finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/electric-hearse-finance/): Silence suits a funeral, and the electric hearse has moved from curiosity to a genuine specification choice for firms in low emission cities. - [Used hearse finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/used-hearse-finance/): Most hearses on British roads are second-hand, because a vehicle built to last three decades rarely needs to be bought new. - [Funeral home equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/funeral-home-equipment-finance/): Families form their impression of a funeral home in the first thirty seconds, long before anyone discusses a coffin or a date. - [Mortuary equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/mortuary-equipment-finance/): Nothing in a funeral business is less visible or more essential than the refrigeration unit behind the preparation room door. - [Coffin trolley finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/funeral-hearse-finance/coffin-trolley-finance/): The trolley under the coffin has to work perfectly every single time, in front of everyone, which is why funeral directors replace them before they fail. ### Horsebox and horse trailer finance (11 pages) - [3.5 tonne horsebox finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/3-5-tonne-horsebox-finance/): The most popular size of horsebox in the UK, and the one where payload, build weight and licence entitlement need checking before you sign anything. - [7.5 tonne horsebox finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/7-5-tonne-horsebox-finance/): The working size for serious competitors: room for three or four horses, proper living accommodation, and a chassis built to take real mileage. - [HGV horsebox finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/hgv-horsebox-finance/): Large horseboxes above 7.5 tonnes are effectively commercial vehicles with living space, and they are underwritten much more like a lorry than a leisure asset. - [luxury horsebox finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/luxury-horsebox-finance/): Bespoke boxes with full living accommodation are a different proposition again, both to buy and to fund, because so much of the value is in the build. - [horse trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/horse-trailer-finance/): Trailers are the entry point to travelling horses, and although the values are lower than a horsebox the funding questions are not much simpler. - [used horsebox finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/used-horsebox-finance/): Age alone rarely stops a horsebox being funded — what stops it is an unknown floor, a missing plating history or a body nobody can value. - [horsebox conversion finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/horsebox-conversion-finance/): Converting a van or lorry into a horsebox is common practice, but funders draw a hard line between professional conversions and garage projects. - [competition horsebox finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/competition-horsebox-finance/): A box that travels to twenty events a season is a working tool, and funders assess it against the business that keeps it on the road. - [horsebox refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/horsebox-refinance/): If your box is sitting in the yard paid for, the value in it can often be released without selling the vehicle or missing a season. - [private sale horsebox finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/private-sale-horsebox-finance/): Word of mouth sells more horseboxes than any forecourt, but a private purchase brings a much smaller funder panel and stricter checks. - [two horse trailer finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/horsebox-finance/two-horse-trailer-finance/): The standard double trailer is the most common way to travel horses in Britain, and the easiest equestrian asset to buy but not always to fund. ### Modular building and site accommodation finance (9 pages) - [Portable cabin finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/portable-cabin-finance/): A portable cabin is a small, towable or craneable box of accommodation, and that portability is exactly why funders like lending against one. - [Site office finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/site-office-finance/): Every compound needs somewhere to hold a progress meeting, and buying that office usually costs less over a long contract than hiring it. - [Anti-vandal unit finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/anti-vandal-unit-finance/): Anti-vandal cabins are built from steel sheet with shuttered openings, designed to be left alone on an open site overnight and still be there in the morning. - [Portable classroom finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/portable-classroom-finance/): A modular classroom lets a school add teaching space in a summer holiday rather than a building programme, and the cost can be spread rather than found upfront. - [Canteen unit finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/canteen-unit-finance/): Feeding a crew on site is a legal obligation rather than a nicety, and a canteen unit is the standard way contractors discharge it. - [Drying room finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/drying-room-finance/): A drying room turns a soaked crew into a working one, which is why it appears on every serious civils compound between October and March. - [Portable toilet block finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/portable-toilet-block-finance/): Sanitation units are the least glamorous asset on a compound and among the most reliably in demand, on sites and at events alike. - [Storage container finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/storage-container-finance/): A steel shipping container is about as close to a perfect funding asset as construction gets: indestructible, identifiable and sellable anywhere. - [Modular healthcare unit finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/modular-building-finance/modular-healthcare-unit-finance/): Clinical modular buildings put consulting, imaging or treatment space on a car park in weeks, at a specification a portacabin cannot approach. ### Scaffolding finance (9 pages) - [System scaffolding finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/system-scaffolding-finance/): Modular systems erect faster, need fewer fittings and command a recognisable resale price, which makes them the most fundable scaffold you can buy. - [Tube and fitting scaffold finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/tube-and-fitting-scaffold-finance/): Traditional tube and fitting still handles the awkward jobs no modular system can, and it is bought and funded by weight. - [Scaffold tower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/scaffold-tower-finance/): Aluminium towers sit between hand tools and scaffolding: individually modest, but a fleet of them is a real capital purchase. - [Scaffold boards finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/scaffold-boards-finance/): Boards are consumed rather than kept, which makes them the most unusual thing in a scaffolding yard to ask a funder to lend against. - [Temporary roof system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/temporary-roof-system-finance/): A temporary roof keeps a refurbishment dry through a winter, and the beams and sheeting that make it up are a significant purchase in their own right. - [Edge protection finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/edge-protection-finance/): Edge protection is bought in quantity, travels between sites constantly and never appears on anyone’s list of glamorous purchases. - [Scaffold hoist finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/scaffold-hoist-finance/): A hoist is the one item in a scaffolder’s yard that looks like a machine, with a motor, a serial plate and a thorough examination certificate. - [Scaffold transport lorry finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/scaffold-transport-lorry-finance/): Scaffold only earns money once it reaches site, and the wagon that gets it there is usually the largest single asset in the yard. - [Shoring equipment finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/scaffolding-finance/shoring-equipment-finance/): Shoring keeps a trench open and a gang alive, and the boxes, struts and props that do it are heavy, durable and surprisingly fundable. ### Mobile CCTV tower finance (7 pages) - [Rapid deployment CCTV finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/mobile-cctv-tower-finance/rapid-deployment-cctv-finance/): Rapid deployment cameras go up on a lamp column in under an hour, which is exactly what a client wants after a break-in. - [Solar CCTV tower finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/mobile-cctv-tower-finance/solar-cctv-tower-finance/): A solar tower needs no generator, no fuel run and no refuelling visit, which is why hire customers increasingly ask for one by name. - [Site security camera finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/mobile-cctv-tower-finance/site-security-camera-finance/): Plant theft and metal losses have pushed camera coverage from a luxury to a standard line in the preliminaries on most sites. - [ANPR camera unit finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/mobile-cctv-tower-finance/anpr-camera-unit-finance/): Number plate recognition turns a camera into a record of who came and went, which is why sites and car parks fit it rather than plain CCTV. - [Temporary alarm system finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/mobile-cctv-tower-finance/temporary-alarm-system-finance/): Wireless temporary alarms secure an empty building or a half-built floor plate without a single cable being pulled. - [Site security fencing finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/mobile-cctv-tower-finance/site-security-fencing-finance/): Temporary fencing is the most-hired product in construction, bought by the thousand-panel lot and almost never by the panel. - [Perimeter alarm finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/mobile-cctv-tower-finance/perimeter-alarm-finance/): Perimeter detection catches an intruder at the fence line rather than at the cabin door, which is the difference between a deterrent and a claim. ### Caravan finance (7 pages) - [touring caravan finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/caravan-finance/touring-caravan-finance/): Touring caravans are among the simplest leisure assets to fund, provided the purchase is from a dealer and the towing weights genuinely work. - [used touring caravan finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/caravan-finance/used-touring-caravan-finance/): The second hand caravan market dwarfs the new one, and funders are considerably more relaxed about age here than most buyers expect. - [twin axle caravan finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/caravan-finance/twin-axle-caravan-finance/): Twin axle vans are the biggest tourers you can buy, and the extra length brings both a heavier towing requirement and a narrower resale market. - [caravan awning and extras finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/caravan-finance/caravan-awning-and-extras-finance/): Accessories can add up to a significant sum, and whether they can be financed usually comes down to one thing: whose invoice they appear on. - [caravan refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/caravan-finance/caravan-refinance/): A caravan sitting in storage over winter still holds value, and refinancing can release some of it without giving up next season. - [private sale caravan finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/caravan-finance/private-sale-caravan-finance/): Buying a caravan from another owner often costs less, but it removes the dealer warranty and a large part of the funder panel with it. - [first caravan finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/caravan-finance/first-caravan-finance/): Buying a first caravan raises questions nobody thinks to ask until they are standing on a forecourt with a deposit in hand. ### Static caravan and lodge finance (6 pages) - [static caravan finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/static-caravan-lodge-finance/static-caravan-finance/): A static caravan is bought with the unit and the pitch treated separately, and that single fact shapes everything about how it can be funded. - [holiday lodge finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/static-caravan-lodge-finance/holiday-lodge-finance/): Lodges are built to a higher standard than static caravans and cost considerably more, which makes the pitch arrangements more important, not less. - [park home finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/static-caravan-lodge-finance/park-home-finance/): Residential park homes sit on protected sites with statutory rights attached, which makes them a different proposition from a holiday static. - [twin unit lodge finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/static-caravan-lodge-finance/twin-unit-lodge-finance/): Twin unit lodges arrive in two halves and are joined on the pitch, which makes them the least portable asset in this whole market. - [holiday park fleet finance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/static-caravan-lodge-finance/holiday-park-fleet-finance/): For a park operator the caravans are stock in trade, and funding them is a commercial decision driven by occupancy and the season ahead. - [static caravan refinance](https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/static-caravan-lodge-finance/static-caravan-refinance/): Refinancing a static is harder than refinancing anything else in this market, and it is worth understanding why before you spend time on it. ## Questions and answers (268 pages) CW Asset Finance publishes 268 questions at https://cwassetfinance.co.uk/faqs/, each one question with one answer at its own URL. An indicative decision can be given before you bid so you know your ceiling when the hammer falls, and where the lender agrees, settlement goes directly to the auctioneer against the invoice. Finance is subject to status and acceptance. No rate, term or payment figure is quoted. The page also carries a directory: 20 UK machinery and plant auctioneers, 103 Livestock Auctioneers' Association member marts in England and Wales (30 of which also run agricultural machinery sales), and 25 Institute of Auctioneers and Appraisers in Scotland marts. Auctioneers listed include Cheffins, Ritchie Bros., Euro Auctions, Brown & Co, Harrison & Hetherington, Bagshaws, Stephensons Rural, Cundalls, Craven Cattle Marts (CCM), Clarke & Simpson. Marts running machinery sales include Aberystwyth, Acklington, Barnard Castle, Bridgnorth Livestock Market, Bryncir Auction Centre, Carlisle, Chagford (Rendells), Clitheroe, Cockermouth, Colchester, Gaerwen, Gisburn. ## Local pages CW Asset Finance is an independent broker based in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, lending across the whole United Kingdom.
