Flowzo: when the money is not going on an asset
We fund things you can point at. Flowzo funds everything else — stock, wages, VAT bills, unpaid invoices and growth. Same firm, same people, a different panel of lenders.
Asset finance needs an asset. The machine secures the agreement, which is why it can be arranged for businesses a bank would turn down. Take the asset away and that structure has nothing to hold on to.
That is the gap Flowzo fills: £1,000 to £500,000 over 6 to 72 months, for the costs that arrive before the money does.
Which one you actually need
The line between the two is simple, and it is about security rather than industry.
| What you need | Who arranges it |
|---|---|
| A tractor, van, truck, machine or breeding stock | CW Asset Finance |
| Equipment you could point at and a lender could repossess | CW Asset Finance |
| Releasing capital from kit the business already owns | CW Asset Finance |
| Stock, wages, fuel or materials before you get paid | Flowzo |
| A VAT or corporation tax bill | Flowzo |
| Money tied up in unpaid customer invoices | Flowzo |
| Feed, fertiliser or seed for the season | Farmzo |
| A farm building, diversification or a new venture | Farmzo |
What Flowzo arranges
- Unsecured business loans — £1,000 to £500,000 with no asset pledged.
- Invoice finance — borrowing against unpaid B2B invoices, by factoring or confidential discounting.
- A business credit line — a limit you draw on and pay for only while you are using it.
- VAT and corporation tax bill finance — spreading a bill, after checking whether HMRC Time to Pay is cheaper.
- Revenue-based finance — repaid as a share of card takings rather than a fixed monthly figure.
Flowzo’s cash flow panel lends to limited companies and LLPs. A sole trader or small partnership generally cannot use it, because lending at that level is regulated consumer credit rather than business lending. Farm lending through Farmzo is the exception and can reach sole traders, partnerships and tenant farmers above £25,000. Asset finance here has no such restriction.
The same firm, not a referral to a stranger
CW Asset Finance, Flowzo and Farmzo are trading names of Conor William Hull, FRN 1031964, an Appointed Representative of Rural Finance Limited (FRN 630701), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You deal with the same person either way — what changes is the panel of lenders the enquiry goes to.
All three are credit brokers, not lenders, and are paid commission by the lender that funds an agreement. Each brand publishes its own pricing on its own site, which is why no rates are quoted on this page: a figure repeated in two places is a figure that will eventually disagree with itself. All finance is subject to status, affordability and lender approval.
