Commercial kitchens, coffee machines, EPOS and full front-of-house fit-outs — funded so the refit does not eat the season’s cash.

Catering equipment finance spreads the cost of a kitchen or fit-out across the years it serves customers. Whether it is a single combi oven, a commercial kitchen refit, a coffee machine for a new site or a full EPOS rollout, we search 60+ UK lenders so the refit does not consume a season’s working capital.
Combi ovens, ranges, fryers, extraction and dishwash.
Walk-ins, blast chillers, cellar cooling and display.
Espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
Tills, terminals, handhelds and kitchen display.
Trailers, food trucks and mobile conversions.
Bars, furniture, glasswash and hotel FF&E.
Hospitality is seasonal, margin-tight and equipment-heavy. A commercial kitchen refit can absorb a year of profit in a fortnight, and it usually has to happen in the quiet period when cash is at its lowest. Funding moves that cost into the trading months the new kitchen actually serves.
Commercial kitchen finance covers combi ovens, ranges, fryers, extraction, refrigeration, dishwash and stainless fabrication. A full kitchen is usually funded as one facility rather than by supplier, which is simpler to manage and avoids several agreements running to different end dates.
Coffee machine finance is one of the most common requests we see, because a commercial espresso machine and grinder is a serious capital item with a very fast payback. For cafés and coffee shops the monthly cost is often covered by a handful of covers a day.
EPOS finance funds tills, terminals, handhelds, kitchen display and integration. It is usually part of a wider fit-out, and funding the front and back of house together is generally cheaper than splitting them.
Catering trailer finance and food truck funding cover the unit, the conversion and the equipment inside it. Because these are mobile, identifiable assets with a strong resale market, they fund more like a vehicle than a fit-out — often on longer terms than kitchen equipment.
Bar equipment, cellar cooling, glasswash, furniture and hotel FF&E all fund on the same basis. If you are refitting a venue rather than replacing one machine, send the full specification — a package almost always funds better than a series of separate agreements.
