A dealer partnership is a working arrangement between a dealer, manufacturer or supplier and CW Asset Finance. You sell the asset; we handle the funding side — working out how the deal should be structured and placing it with a lender on our panel of more than 60 funders.
The point of it is to stop finance being the reason a sale stalls. Instead of leaving a buyer to find funding on their own and hoping they come back, you can hand the enquiry across and keep the deal moving. Indicative decisions are often available in as little as 24 hours, though nothing is guaranteed and the lender makes the decision, not us.
Partnerships run across the sectors we cover, including agricultural machinery, HGVs and trucks, plant and construction, vans and commercial vehicles, groundscare and turf, forestry and arboriculture, materials handling, hire fleet, and dealers in Northern Ireland.
How far you get involved matters. Where your customers are limited companies buying for business use, the consumer credit regime is not in play and introductions are straightforward. Where your customers are private individuals, sole traders or partnerships, the agreement can be regulated, and what you say and do around finance may need a permission. Get in touch and we will agree how a partnership should work for your particular customer mix. This is general information, not legal or compliance advice.
