Yes — our case studies page sets out examples of finance we have arranged across different sectors and asset types. They are there to show how the process works in practice: what the business needed, what the obstacle was, and how the deal was structured with a lender from our panel.
Read them as illustrations rather than as a guide to what you would be offered. Every application is priced and assessed individually, and the terms in one case have no bearing on another. A past deal is not an indication of what is available to you.
They are useful for a different reason: they show the kinds of situations lenders will and will not look at, and where a broker adds something. If you recognise your own circumstances in one of them, that is a reasonable prompt to get in touch.
If you would like an example closer to your own sector or asset, ask. We would rather talk through something relevant than have you draw conclusions from a case that does not match your business. As always, finance is subject to status and approval is never guaranteed.
