Farmzo: the finance around the machinery
We fund tractors, kit and breeding stock. Farmzo funds the season — fertiliser in spring, contractors at harvest, feed and the January tax bill in winter.
A farm’s costs arrive months before its income does. Asset finance solves that for the machinery — and nothing else on the farm.
Farmzo is our farming arm for the rest: inputs, stock, tax bills and diversification, from £1,000 to £500,000.
Built around the farming year
- Spring — fertiliser and seed, paid for now and spread, rather than stretching the overdraft before a crop is in the ground.
- Summer — fuel, labour and contractors through silage and harvest.
- Autumn — buying in stock, or holding grain for a better price instead of selling the moment it is cut.
- Winter — feed, and the January tax bill, spread across the months ahead.
Which one you actually need
If it has an engine or a pedigree, it is us. If it gets consumed, sold or spent, it is Farmzo.
| What you need | Who arranges it |
|---|---|
| A tractor, van, truck, machine or breeding stock | CW Asset Finance |
| Equipment you could point at and a lender could repossess | CW Asset Finance |
| Releasing capital from kit the business already owns | CW Asset Finance |
| Stock, wages, fuel or materials before you get paid | Flowzo |
| A VAT or corporation tax bill | Flowzo |
| Money tied up in unpaid customer invoices | Flowzo |
| Feed, fertiliser or seed for the season | Farmzo |
| A farm building, diversification or a new venture | Farmzo |
On the machinery side that means tractors, farm machinery and breeding stock — all arranged here.
How your farm is set up changes the options
Most farms are not limited companies, which is fine — but it moves the floor. Farmzo’s farm lenders start above £25,000 for sole traders and partnerships, because below that, lending to an individual is regulated consumer credit rather than business lending. Limited company farms can borrow from £1,000. A diversified venture set up as its own company often reaches lenders the farm itself cannot.
Farm loans for a defined project — buildings, infrastructure, diversification — run from six months to twenty-five years. Input finance for feed and fertiliser is often repaid within the season instead.
The same firm, not a referral to a stranger
CW Asset Finance, Flowzo and Farmzo are trading names of Conor William Hull, FRN 1031964, an Appointed Representative of Rural Finance Limited (FRN 630701), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You deal with the same person either way — what changes is the panel of lenders the enquiry goes to.
All three are credit brokers, not lenders, and are paid commission by the lender that funds an agreement. Each brand publishes its own pricing on its own site, which is why no rates are quoted on this page: a figure repeated in two places is a figure that will eventually disagree with itself. All finance is subject to status, affordability and lender approval.
